Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 5-10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date your order confirmation email is received. Please note, processing times may be longer for complex or large designs or during peak periods such as Christmas, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, and other seasonal promotions.

You will receive a shipping notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates:

Free Shipping: Orders over $100 qualify for free standard tracked shipping - a little thank-you for supporting our small business. This excludes larger items such as large wall signs.

Standard Tracked Shipping: Flat rate of $10.00 for all orders under $100 (2-8 business days via Australia Post)

Express option: Need it sooner? Choose express tracked shipping for $16 (1–4 business days via Australia Post).

Once your order has been handed over to Australia Post, The Laser Nest is no longer responsible for any delays, lost parcels, or delivery issues. We will do our best to assist but for any concerns after dispatch, please contact Australia Post directly.
