Due to the custom nature of personalised items, we are unable to accept returns on these products. We kindly ask that you double-check all personalisation details before completing your order.

Refund Policy

If you change your mind, we’re happy to offer a refund, minus a 10% transaction fee incurred by The Laser Nest. Please note that refunds are only available if your order has not yet entered production.

Damages and Issues

We take great care in packaging all items securely to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. However, once an order leaves our facility, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs during transit. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item. Be sure to include clear photos of the issue. We’ll review your case promptly and do our best to make it right.
